Karin jumped on Aiko's back, as if she was being piggyback. "Go Aiko! Go!"
Megumi casually followed them collecting her shoes and putting them back on.

Aiko growled. She lead them into the house. The ground floor of the house was deserted. There was a large double helix staircase going up to another floor. The carpet was white with a blue floral design, and on the ceiling hung a diamond chandelier. There were pictures of people along the golden coloured walls. Near the end of the room was a door way.
The maid lead them to the door way, where there was an enormous table that stretched from one side of the room to the other. The dining room was bustling with life. There were all different kinds of people sitting at the table talking and laughing. About four seats were empty.
"Come on." Smiled Shinsuke.

"She's been at a hotel for some time." Shinsuke lied at the top of his head. He sat at the table
Aiko gently let Karin down, "I have to go into the kitchen and help them distribute the food." She went into the kitchen.
A maid came out of nowhere and grabbed Megumi by her shoulder. "Excuse me! We're looking for you! Help me deliver the dishes Naria!"

"Uh, but I--" but she was pulled to quickly to finish her sentence. She disappeared into the kitchen.

The kitchen however, was chaos.
There were people in white running around from stove to stove carrying trays and passing them to other people in white. Then they tossed it to a maid who ran out of the kitchen and into the dining room. The kitchen had rows and rows of refrigerators and stoves and counters. It was easy to get lost with all the commotion and the busy people.

Megumi was bumped numerous times looking confused standing there like an idiot. She just walked over to a table and picked up a tray an walked out to the dining room. Once again she stood there like an idiot wondering where to place the tray.
"Uh, does anyone know where this goes?"

The calmness of the dining room quickly stopped. Everyone turned to Megumi with angry faces.
Shinsuke blushed in embarrassment. He looked at Megumi and then pointed to a person across from him with his eyes. He did this repeatedly, so Megumi gets the signal.

Megumi walked over slowly in the awkward silence, slowly handing the tray to the person across from Shinsuke. She bowed and walked behind Shinsuke and buried her face in her hands trying not to be noticed anymore.

"Sit next to me." Shinsuke whispered.
All the people in the room slowly began whispering about what just happened.
"Can you believe her? Is she new?" Some one said louder than another person. They all laughed.
"Don't feel offended." Said Shinsuke. Aiko came over and put Shinsuke's food in front of him.

He laughed, "It's okay. Don--"
The whispering and the murmuring quickly stopped. The dining room got dead quiet.
A couple of really old and serious looking butlers and maids entered the livingroom. And behind them was a beautiful woman with long blonde hair and sparkly blue eyes. And next to her was a handsome man with well kept brown hair and green eyes. The two were dressed in white and a regal air surrounded them.
"Stand." Shinsuke whispered.
At once, everybody stood up and watched the beautiful couple as they went to their seats.

Megumi quickly stood from her seat and faced the couple.
Karin came out the kitchen and screamed, "MOMMY, DADDY!" she ran to them and gave them a hug.

The mother smiled, but the father kept his serious expression. She sat the child on top of her lap.
"Sit." The father commanded.
Everyone sat down.
"We now say our grace."
"We are the great Masagawa Clan.
Our magic will keep our chi sacret.
With trust in our clan, our power will grow.." Everyone began to recite.

Megumi pretended to lip-sync the grace as best as she could hoping no one would catch she was off key with everyone.
Glancing up from time to time to see if anyone was finished.
