Today was a rather unpleasant day to be in the streets of the city. A few days ago there was a prediction that it would be a terrible storm, and they were right.
The winds were rather harsh, the rain continued to pour, and occassionally loud thunder and bright lightning appeared. There were not many people on the streets, but for the ones that were, they were quickly trying to get out of the harsh weather.
One of the bystander was a blonde-haired girl that looked about fifteen. She walked into the library soaked from the rain. She folded up her crumpled up umbrella, that had been abused by the harsh wind as the excess water from her clothes trickled on the placemat. She wringed out the rest of the water from her hair and clothes as she looked for a place to sit in the semi-full library.
She roamed the aisles of the library looking for a book that would interest her for a while. When she finally found one she looked for a deserted table which happened to be in the back of the library. She took her seat and started to read, ignoring the weather outside.
