Kouhei rose up from the table awaiting for Megumi to do the same to walk her home.
"So, are you coming?" he asked

"I was kidding about going home, now anyway at least until the snow lets up a little."
Megumi had drank the last of the tea and still continued to shiver as if the tea had no affect,
"This is ridiculous, even after drinking the tea I still feel cold." she frowned.

Kouhei slowly moved closer, attempting not to 'startle Megumi' he reached for her hands, entangling them with his.
"Are your hands getting warmer or does this bother you?"

Megumi's face began to turn red at her hands, they looked like as if they were a couple with a person she had just met, she giggled at the thought.

He leaned in a little more towards Megumi, wrapping their entangled hands around her, somewhat like a hug. He rested his head on her shoulders.
"I'm sure you'll get warmer now..."

"Well, that didn't seem like a 'friendly' hug. More like there was feeling behind it, call me crazy, but that's what I thought."
Megumi called over the waitress once again. The waitress hastily sprinted over to the table to assist her.
"Uh, what else can I get you ma'am?"
"I'd like one slice of strawberry cheesecake and what would you like Kouhei?"
